NEWS RELEASE: PASSWORD RESET PROCEDURES

Teams and Directors:
If you are requesting the online system to email you a new password and you do not receive an email from Webmaster@nsasoftball.com within a few minutes of the request, here are a few things that may be occurring and the steps you will need to follow:
1)The email may be going into your Junk/Spam folder instead of to your Inbox
2)Your Internet Security Level may be set too high to allow the message to come through try adjusting your levels down by going through the Tools button from your Toolbar and then going to Internet Options
If you still do not receive the email, please contact your State Director for assistance in getting your password reset.
