The 2022 National Convention and Hall of Fame Ceremony will be a special one. NSA is celebrating 40 years in 2022 (20 years for BPA). The dates for 2022 will be November 3-7.

The convention returns to the site of the 2021 location at the Edgewater Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The five-day event has been the signature close-out extravaganza of the year for decades and also includes the national Hall of Fame ceremony and awards show, which will be on Sunday, November 6th. Last year in Panama City Beach, 12 people slipped on the illustrious navy sport coat with the HOF embroidered logo as NSA honored those from both 2020 and 2021 (2020 was canceled due to Covid).

The agenda each year includes training for directors, umpires and their staff as well as several meetings between NSA/BPA officials, officers and the annual Hall of Fame committee meeting who discusses, votes and elects those nominated for the HOF. Also on the agenda is golf, site seeing, beach parties and dinner events. Each year, CEO Bill Horton makes the announcements of world series dates and locations as well as rule changes that were voted on by officers (see video below from last years announcements).

One of the most anticipated events at each convention is the vendor exhibit, where national partners, vendors and manufacturers set up displays and release new products and services to NSA/BPA officials and directors.

This area will act as the official landing page for all things convention throughout the year. Hotel information as well as tickets for the convention and Hall of Fame ceremony will also be able to be purchased on this page as it becomes available.

Stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, enjoy the Sports Desk Show below from the 2021 convention where announcements were released live on the final day of the convention.
