NSA Hall of Fame: Joe Cothran (2007)

Joe Cothran joined the NSA family in 1990 as a director in the state of Alabama.  At the NSA National Convention in 1998, Joe was awarded the Presidential Award of Excellence which is the highest individual award given by NSA.  In 1999, he was voted as the NSA State Director of the Year at the National Convention.

Joe has directed numerous tournaments for the NSA and continues to run the Fall World Series and Senior World Series events each year.  Joe is very well respected among his NSA family for his love and dedication to the game of softball.

In November 2007, Joe Cothran became the 13th Director inducted into the NSA Hall of Fame.
