Lou Davis began his career with NSA in 1997 umpiring local and state tournaments in the state of Washington.

Lou’s management skills, ability to train and work with others advanced him to the position of Western Zone UIC.  Lou has the respect of his peers, umpires, players and coaches. 

In recognition of Lou’s contributions to the NSA Programs he has received many National Awards:

2000 – State UIC of the Year

2002 – Mike Coppinger UIC of the Year

2004 – 110% National Award

2005 – Presidential Award of Excellence

2006 – Mike Coppinger UIC Award of the Year

On November 13, 2013, Lou Davis was inducted into the NSA Sports Hall of Fame in the Umpire Category.
