NSA Hall of Fame: George Roy (2018)

Coach Roy began his involvement with the NSA in 1993, and has established a very high standard for other coaches to follow.  As a coach, George focuses on player development, character development, respect for the game, and does not believe in the “Win at all Costs” that is being consumed by many programs.

Many players that have been coached by George have taken the life lessons they learned from their coach to become better people as they move forward into the future and pass the same messages they learned. George Roy has established his legacy as being a well-respected individual that puts the needs of others before his own.

George and his wife Jennel have 2 children – Justine and Katherine.

On October 30, 2018, George Roy was inducted into the NSA Sports Hall of Fame in the Coach Category.
