For the 12th time, Panama City Beach will welcome the annual NSA/BPA Convention and Hall of Fame ceremony and this year’s gathering has all the makings of one to remember.

Directors, Umpires-in-Chief (UICs), industry representatives and guests from across the country will come together for a week of meetings, special events and celebration. From conversations about the future of softball and baseball to honoring five remarkable individuals, the convention brings together the people whose dedication helps move NSA and BPA forward.

Throughout the week, directors and UICs will meet to exchange ideas, share experiences and discuss the work that goes into serving teams, players, coaches and umpires nationwide. Bringing these leaders together provides an important opportunity to learn from one another and strengthen relationships across the organizations.

The convention will also feature an exhibitor event with representatives from all major softball and baseball manufacturers in attendance. It is an opportunity for convention attendees to connect with the companies that help equip the game and build relationships with people throughout the industry.

And the activity won’t end when the meetings wrap up. A lineup of nightly events will give attendees time to reconnect with longtime friends, make new connections and enjoy the Panama City Beach setting that has become such a memorable part of the convention.

Celebrating the 2026 Hall of Fame Class

The highlight of the week will be the annual Hall of Fame ceremony, where five incredible individuals will receive one of the organizations’ highest honors.

This year’s inductees are:

• Joe Horvath • Indiana

• Steve Humphries • Washington State

• Tony Clayborn • Michigan

• Greg Birt • Illinois

• Kathy Presley • California

The ceremony offers an opportunity to recognize each inductee’s contributions and celebrate the lasting impact of people who have given so much to the game. With honorees representing five states, this year’s class also reflects the reach of the NSA/BPA community and the dedication found throughout it.

For those attending, it promises to be a special evening of recognition, reflection and well-deserved applause.

With a full week of business, industry connections and events – and five new Hall of Famers to celebrate – the NSA/BPA convention in Panama City Beach could be the most exciting yet.
