NSA Hall of Fame: Jim Armour (2016)

Jim Armour has been a strong supporter of NSA since the early 1990’s.  Jim was the Park Manager at the City of Rock Hill in the 1990’s and he made sure the fields were ready, and that the teams had a safe and beautiful complex to play softball.  Jim reached out to the South Carolina hotels to establish partnerships with NSA that are still in place in 2016. 

Jim’s support of the NSA reaches beyond the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina, as Jim promoted NSA to other cities and parks which gave creditability to NSA to allow growth in the adult and youth programs.  Without a doubt, Jim Armour is a true supporter of the NSA and a major reason for the NSA successes in the great state of South Carolina.

On November 10, 2016, Jim Armour was inducted into the NSA Sports Hall of Fame in the Meritorious Category.
