Michelle became involved with the NSA initially through Louisville Slugger as Michelle was the Director of Product Development and Promotion. With Michelle’s support Louisville Slugger became the National Sponsor of the NSA Girls FastPitch World Series.
Michelle Delloso has spent most of her career in the sports marketing industry and has created many “aspiration” programs that directly impact young girls to include Dare 2 Dream (TC Sports), Do you have the Power to Dream? (Louisville Slugger) and Adidas Futures.
Michelle was a three time NCAA All-American in softball, NSCA All-American, Olympic Festival Gold Medalist, as well as an ambassador to many brands in the sporting goods industry. She was the first women’s softball player to have her name on a bat (Louisville Slugger).
Michelle has been a keynote speaker at many events to include Corporate Sales Meetings, National Tournaments, WCWS events, NFCA All-American high school and college banquets, camps and clinics, as well as various sporting events, school presentations and assemblies.
The largest group she had the pleasure of speaking to was 10,000 girls at the NSA World Series in 2004.
Michelle’s mission is to inspire, motivate, and build confidence in girls and women by encouraging and promoting participation in sport and outdoor activities.
On November 4, 2004 Michelle Delloso, Meritorious Category, was inducted into the NSA Sports Hall of Fame.
