Charlotte began her career with the NSA-BPA National Office in June 2005 as the receptionist.   While working downstairs answering the phone, she would read the rulebook and casebooks to familiarize herself with the games of softball and baseball since she did not have an athletic background. 

In December 2006, she moved upstairs and began helping to work with the directors, teams and players on a daily basis.  It was at this time that she also began handling the Youth scholarship program and working with the ball and bat companies and national sponsor contracts. 

Charlotte works closely with the owners of NSA-BPA, Bill and Kathie, on convention planning, reports and day to day questions from the coaches, players and umpires. 

In 2018, Charlotte was a recipient of the National 110% Award at the National Convention.

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys cross stitching, antiquing/thrifting aka treasure hunting, attending Red Dirt Music concerts and cattle shows and sales with her family.

On November 6, 2024 Charlotte Moss was inducted into the NSA-BPA Sports Hall of Fame in the Meritorious Category as a member of the Class of 2024.
