Leslie began her career with the NSA-BPA in January 2007 as the receptionist.   In the Spring of 2009, Leslie began working in the apparel department and took over the day to day operations of the warehouse.

Leslie handles the apparel orders from umpires, UIC’s and directors as well as the rulebook and scorebook distribution to our mailing list. She also works closely with players and coaches with team questions / issues.

In 2018, Leslie was a recipient of the National 110% Award at the National Convention.

In her spare time, Leslie enjoys baking, gardening, sewing/cross stitch and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

On November 6, 2024 Leslie Barker was inducted into the

NSA-BPA Sports Hall of Fame in the Meritorious Category as a member of the Class of 2024.
