NSA Changes Fastpitch Age Eligibility

As the 2026 NSA Fastpitch season approaches, it’s important for players, coaches, and parents to review the updated age eligibility guidelines.

🗓 Effective Date: The new season officially begins September 1, 2025.
🎂 Determining Age: A player’s age as of August 31, 2025, will determine their age group for the 2025-2026 season.

To make it easier, we’ve provided a detailed age chart to help you determine the correct division based on your athlete’s birth month and year. Simply match your player’s birth month with their birth year to find their designated age group.

📌 Important Notes:

• Players can play up in a higher division.

• Players cannot play down in a lower division.

• All players must meet the age requirements to be rostered for the 2025-2026 season.
